We led a crack team of experts in collaboration with CPJ Solicitors to reform the Data Protection Guidelines 2017 issued by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

The team produced the draft of the the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), from the prior 2017 Guidelines.
