According to NDPA, organisations classified under the extra-high and ultra-high data processing levels are required to file a Data Protection Compliance Audit Return annually, on or before March 31st. The compliance audit covers a range of safeguards for data privacy. Services
Registration of Data Controllers
As a licensed DCPO, we are authorised to register all Data Controllers/Processors with the NDPC. This registration is mandated for all organizations handling data or various sizes. This service is pivotal to the statutory operation of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) as it acts as the first formal recognition of a data controller. It should be noted that this unique service is separate & distinct from the Annual Audit Filing.
